You can cancel your order at any time before the order cutoff time (to check your order cutoff time, view your upcoming order from Your Orders page).
From goodeggs.com, go to Your Orders, and click the Order Details button and scroll to your payment summary where you should see "Cancel Order".
From the Good Eggs iOS app, click on the Market tab at the bottom of the screen. On this page, click into the green Upcoming Delivery banner above the Meal Kits section. From there, scroll to the payment summary where you should be able to select "Cancel Order".
If you don't see the Cancel Order option this means your order cutoff has passed and your order is being prepared for delivery.

You may be charged a cancellation fee if your order is cancelled after the order cutoff.
