You make changes to your order right up until your order cutoff (cutoff visible under your Order Details). If you want your order to come on a different day, you'll need to cancel it and place a new one. If you want to choose a different window on the same day, you can just update the existing order by following the steps below.
From goodeggs.com, you can change the delivery time and address from Your Orders page any time before your order cutoff. Go to the Order Details page to see your order cutoff, and click the Order Details button to start making changes.
In the Good Eggs app, click on the Home icon. You'll see a banner for your Upcoming Order. From there, select Edit Order, tap on the day and delivery window option to change that, or tap on the address if that is what you'd like to update. Save your changes. Once you're done you can select the < in the top left corner to get back to your order summary.
You can also change your address up until that cutoff, as long as we're not sold out for your selected day of delivery or delivery window for that updated address. If we are sold out, you'll receive a notification and won't be able to change it.
Unfortunately, we're not able to change the delivery window or address after the order cutoff.
