If there's anything tricky about your delivery situation, you can let us know when you place your order.
On goodeggs.com, you can add delivery instructions from the Review & place your order page. Select CHANGE in the Delivery Address section.
Enter your instructions in the Delivery Instructions field, and click Save & Continue when you’re done.
In the Good Eggs iOS app, you can add delivery instructions from the Summary page. Tap on your delivery information in the Delivery Address section.
Edit or add your instructions in the Delivery Instructions field and select Save in the top right corner when you’re done.
Not sure what kind of instruction might be helpful? Here are some examples:
- "Please leave the box on the porch behind the planter."
- "Please do not ring the doorbell when you arrive. Text when you deliver the order."
- "Our apartment is located at the back of the building."
- "Our buzzer is broken, so please call 555-555-5555 when you arrive."
- "Please leave the delivery with our doorman."
- "I have a dog but he's friendly, don't be scared!"
If you need to make changes to your delivery instructions after your order has been fully processed, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 415-483-7344.
Any delivery options you place in your order will remain there for future orders until you change or update them.
