You can reschedule right up until your order window closes — if you want your order to come on a different day, you'll need to cancel it and place a new one. If you want to choose a different window on the same day, you can just update the existing order by following the steps below.
You can also change your address up until that cutoff, as long as we're not sold out for your selected day of delivery or delivery window for that updated address. If we are sold out, you'll receive a notification and won't be able to change it.
From goodeggs.com, you can change the delivery time and address from Your Orders page any time before your order cutoff. Go to the Order Details page to see your order cutoff, and click the Order Details button to start making changes.
In the Good Eggs iOS app, click on the green Upcoming Delivery banner above the Meal Kits section. From there, select Edit Order, tap on the day and delivery window option to change that, or tap on the address if that is what you'd like to update. Once you're done you can select the < in the top left corner to get back to your order summary.
Unfortunately, we're not able to change the delivery window or address after the cutoff.
