Good Eggs members enjoy unlimited deliveries with no delivery fees and just one flat $5 service fee per order (regardless of order size), priority customer service, and surprise and delight moments along the way.

How much does it cost to become a member?
Good Eggs offers two membership options for you to choose from:
- Monthly Membership: Enjoy no delivery fees and just one flat $5 service fee per order, regardless of order size, priority customer service, and surprise and delight moments for $29 per month – a savings of $50+ per month on average.
- Annual Membership: Save even more with our annual membership offering and enjoy all the benefits year-round for $299 per year.

Get first dibs on select items from the best producers, and early access for holiday pre-orders.
25% off one order per quarter, regardless of order size
Once per quarter, we invite you to stock up and save 25% off your entire order. Get unmatched deals on bulk organic California olive oil, local produce, best-quality skincare and wellness products, wine, pantry staples, and so much more.
Reduced fees
Members enjoy close to 70% savings per order in service and delivery fees with just one flat $5.00 rate versus $15.99 for non-members, regardless of order size. Again, that means that if you’re paying for an annual membership, you make up the cost of membership if you order more than twice per month. And if you’re a monthly member, you make up the cost of membership if you order more than three times per month.
Priority customer service
Members receive a dedicated email address and phone number to reach our members-only customer service team at any time, and priority-level response time.

What does it mean to have priority customer service?
By becoming a member, you get the added value of priority customer service. This means when you get in touch with our Customer Experience team, your email, text, or call will be sent to the front of the line — minimizing the time it takes to connect with a member of our team.
When will I receive my quarterly gift?
Members will receive a quarterly perk in the form of a promo code via email. We recommend subscribing to our News and Inspiration emails in your account settings so that you don’t miss a seasonal treat for Members Only.

When will I be charged?
Your credit card will be charged at the time of enrollment. Your membership will automatically renew on the same day each month if you select the monthly option and the same day each year if you select the annual option.
Can I get a refund if I want to cancel my membership?
The membership fee is non-refundable. Taxes may apply on the membership fee. If the payment method on file is declined for payment of your membership fee, you must provide us a new eligible payment method promptly, or your membership will be canceled.
Is there an order minimum?
The order minimum for all orders, regardless of membership status, is $50.
Can I pause my membership?
Currently, there is no option to pause the membership on both the monthly and annual plans.
How do I switch to an annual or monthly plan?
You can manage your membership by going to your Account page and clicking on ‘Membership’. Click on 'Manage Membership' and from there you can update to the plan that works best for you.
How do I cancel my membership?
Visit your Account page and click on ‘Membership’, then ‘Cancel’, then ‘Cancel’ again to cancel your membership. Your benefits will continue through the end of the current billing cycle.
