Why subscribe?
Having your essentials and weekly dinners locked into a repeating schedule takes a load off your to-do list. We make sure you get everything you need, delivered when you want it, and you never run out of your staples. Enjoy these benefits and a 25% discount applied at checkout.
How can I subscribe?
You can subscribe to the Custom Weekly Menus at checkout and a weekly subscription will be created for the same delivery day, delivery window and address as your order.
Subscription must be done through the web, so ensure that you are on the web browser on your phone or computer.
Note: Subscription through our app is not active.

What do I get when I subscribe?
We have two subscription categories and several choices within them:

Weekly Essentials — This includes milk, eggs, yogurt, cheese, bread, and fruit, available with items suitable to omnivores and vegetarians or with entirely plant-based items.
- Weekly Meal Kit Trio — This includes three meal kits created by our chef and prepared in-house in our kitchen. Each is designed to be three servings, with components that are easy to put together. Our meal kit trios can be ordered with dishes for omnivores or vegetarians.
Can I add additional items on top of what I’m subscribed for?
Yes. Before your delivery cut-off time (the day before your order or the morning of, depending on your time window), you can add anything you like from the market and it’ll be added to your box and delivered with your subscription bundles.
How often do the Meal Kit menus change?
New menus will drop each Friday to order for the following week.
Once I’m subscribed, how do I make changes to my plan?
You can make adjustments in your Account page. We will also send you a reminder ahead of your weekly delivery cut-off in case anything comes to mind.
Can I pause my plan if I go on vacation?
Yes! You can do so in your Account page or directly with our customer service team by emailing help@goodeggs.com
How do I cancel my subscription?

Will you remind me about upcoming subscription orders?
Please note: you'll only receive subscription reminders if you are subscribed to Shopping Reminders emails on your account page.
We'll email you the day before your delivery so you can add to or edit your order.
On goodeggs.com, you will see a green banner near the top of the page reminding you of your next subscriptions order. It will also state the cut-off time for adding to or editing on your order.
Can you change your subscription delivery day?
Your subscriptions are set to the same day as your initial order. To receive those products on a different day of the week, we recommend canceling your order and placing it again for a new delivery day and time.
To permanently change the day of your subscription order, cancel your next order and unsubscribe from those products by unchecking the Subscribe checkboxes. Create a new subscription order for your desired day.
We'll support changing your delivery day in the future, but at this time there is no way to change the delivery day of an existing order. If you get stuck please reach out to help@goodeggs.com.
Can I add additional items on top of what I’m subscribed for?

Can I make substitutions to a basket or a Weekly Menu of meal kits?
We can not accommodate substitutions, but you can make requests and share your feedback with help@goodeggs.com and you can always purchase meal kits à la carte.
