Where can I check to confirm my credit balance?
Credits can be found on the top right corner next to your name.
The credits will also automatically apply to your upcoming order at checkout and will be reflected on the order total.
I have unused credits but I’m no longer in your delivery area?
Not to worry! If you still have friends or family members in our delivery area that are Good Eggs customers, you can transfer your credits to their account. Just email us at help@goodeggs.com, let us know their email address and we’ll send an email to let them know about it.
Can I have my unused credits reverted back to my credit card or redeemed as cash?
We are unable to process refunds in the form of cash or to your credit card. However, with store credit, we are hopeful you'll be able to find items you're interested in on our site. In the case that you've moved or we no longer deliver to your area, we can assist you in transferring that credit to a friend and or sending a friend a gift delivery.
